Online sales are exchange only. We offer an exchange option simply because we understand that if you are purchasing online, you may not be completely satisfied when you receive the item.

Because of the discounts we are offering on watches, it is possible some of the watches may have a slight scuff or scratch due to "case wear". This is in part the reason we are offering the discount, so we do not offer refunds on watches that have scuffs/scratches.

For the most part, jewellery that has been tagged will be 50% off and watches that have been tagged will be 30% off. All estate jewellery will be 60% off.
