Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of Canada and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and affiliates of IJL and Continental Travel are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2025.
- Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase a qualifying ring(s) at IJL during the promotion period. Each qualifying ring purchase will count as one entry (ballot), with a maximum of three entries per client.
- Qualifying Ring Purchases: Any CrownRing* Wedding Band. Any Noam Carver* Engagement Ring. Any Noam Carver* Wedding Band.Any Carlex* Wedding Band. Any Custom Ring* intended for either engagement or wedding ring. Any engagement ring or wedding ring from DeBeers Forevermark*. Rings must be purchased/ordered between March 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025. Rings must be made from 14K gold, 18K gold, or Platinum. *10K gold rings and alternative metal bands (for example titanium, tungsten carbide, etc) are not eligible for this promotion.
- Prize: The prize is a $5000 gift certificate to Continental Travel. Winner's information will be shared with Continental Travel for prize fulfillment.
- Payment and Deposit: Rings must be either paid in full or a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit equivalent to 50% of the value must be paid at the time of purchase/order.
- Ballot Submission: To qualify for entry, participants must complete a ballot with accurate information and submit it at the time of ring purchase.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within seven days after the promotion period ends.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will happen within seven days after the promotion period ends. The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Terms: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. IJL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
