Before You Book:

• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to respect the next client's time.
• Preparation: For custom and bridal consultations, feel free to bring any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or heirloom stones you wish to incorporate.
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking. Please keep this for your records should you need to cancel or reschedule.
