From helping a couple select a bespoke engagement ring to guiding a client through our curated watch collections, you will be the face of IJL’s legacy in Winnipeg.


The Role at a Glance

As a Professional Sales Advisor, you are both a consultant and a curator. You will manage the entire client journey—from the first warm greeting to the hand-written thank-you note that cements a long-term relationship.

Your Primary Focus:

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand client preferences, budgets, and timelines with a personalised touch.
  • Expert Education: Guide clients through the nuances of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and luxury horology.
  • Relationship Management: Build a personal "book of business" using tools like Podium and Google Workspace to help you maintain these relationships.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine showroom, manage fine jewellery inventory, and coordinate with our on-site Goldsmiths for custom work and repairs.
