The Mark XX takes a minimalistic approach, simplifying the design and technical capabilities of a pilot's watch. It follows in the footsteps of the renowned Mark 11, a highly accurate timepiece developed by IWC in 1948 for the British Royal Air Force's navigators and pilots. This version boasts a sturdy and corrosion-resistant stainless steel case measuring 40 millimeters in diameter, a green dial, and rhodium-plated hands. Its high-contrast dial features white numerals and indices, a triangular index at 12 o'clock, and luminous elements for effortless readability in any lighting. The IWC-manufactured 32111 caliber with automatic winding and a 120-hour power reserve ensures precision. The front glass is securely attached, able to withstand sudden changes in pressure. As an authorized retailer, IJL provides access to the "My IWC" programme, which extends the standard 24-month warranty by an additional six years, totaling eight years of coverage*. This manufacturer’s guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage resulting from misuse or neglected maintenance of the seals.
