Warranty

Longines 5-Year International Warranty

As an authorized retailer, IJL provides access to the Longines five-year international warranty for all models equipped with an automatic movement and a monocrystalline silicon balance spring. For all other Longines models, the manufacturer provides a standard 24-month warranty, which IJL automatically extends to a full five years at no additional cost. This coverage protects against manufacturing and material defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage resulting from misuse or neglected maintenance of the seals. Choosing your Longines at IJL ensures a half-decade of protection for your Swiss investment.
